Yuanhao stretch bending processing technology can provide reasonable modeling allowance for parts, improve the manufacturing accuracy of parts, and reduce the manufacturing cost of parts. Yuanhao stretch bending refers to the forming process of pressing the profile into the template groove under the synergistic effect of bending moment and longitudinal tension. Ji'nan stretch bending is an important forming technology in industrial production. It is used to manufacture variable curvature extrusion and plate bending components with large size, high shape accuracy and large relative bending radius.

Yuanhao bending process introduction:

1. Incoming inspection, check the profile section size, profile flatness, blank length, and surface quality according to requirements, and pay special attention to whether there are surface defects.

2. Milling teeth. For inverted t-shaped templates, the section of the profile needs to be milled. In order to make the size after stretching meet the requirements, the milling process is carried out with a gate-type milling machine, and the processing size is 2mm or less of the nominal value.

3. Pre-bending. In the broaching machine, the blank is pre-bent by controlling the bending parameters (bending force, bending lap angle, etc.) by using bending dies and bending chucks to meet the requirements of pre-forming.

4. Maintenance, check the flatness and angle of both sides to ensure that these values meet the requirements. For the r value, use a three-roll bending machine to assist in trimming and trim to our predetermined shape.

5. After ripple inspection, check that the flatness, angle and cross-sectional width of both sides meet the requirements, so that the R1000mm value can reach our predetermined shape.

6. Transportation and preservation after quenching. In order to ensure the new quenching state of the magnesium aluminum alloy material, the parts must be stored at a temperature lower than -10 before forming after quenching. After heat treatment, put it in the freezer. Transport with refrigerated trucks. The temperature of the refrigerated truck must be below -10.

7. To make up for the turn, the retractor uses the retractor model and the retractor collar to re-stretch the semi-finished product by controlling the retractor parameters (stretching force, stretching lap angle, etc.) to meet the requirements; when compensating for the bending, according to the parts In the case, selectively trim while stretching to achieve the ideal shape and size.

9. Check, use vernier caliper and ruler for inspection to ensure that it meets the customer's technical requirements and drawing requirements.
